Before we begin to celebrate our experience on this stunningly beautiful planet, we must be able to distinguish what is real from what is an illusion. We must choose to stop self-deception and move joyfully into the dance of life.
To that end, in this series of essays, we will reveal the Truth about the story underlying some of the basic institutions in our communities, plus the beliefs, attitudes and values from which we derive our identity.
We set out together on a path that requires courage, commitment and discipline. This journey will not be one where we acquire or accumulate anything, least of all, knowledge. Instead our goal is a deeper connection with our inner wisdom, our “True self.”
What will make our journey challenging is the process of releasing and letting go of years of conditioning, habits and the ways in which we identify with our “false self.” As the delusions fall away, the Truth will be revealed.
