“awareness is replete with authentic power”
Most of humanity lives in a dualistic worldview (P-B), our identity is fake (an illusion), and our self-destructive behaviors explain our existential fear of the unfolding catastrophe on our planet. Our energy is wasted collecting material possessions and wealth, pursing unsatisfying pleasures, and seeking power and control over others.
Authentic power is realized when we leave behind our old false-self survival strategies and start anew with True Self attitudes, beliefs and values.
Seth reminds us that “yearning [craving] is made up of feelings of despair caused by a sense of powerlessness, not of power.”[i]
